About Rignite
An engineer and a builder, in Sydney.
Rignite does takeoff and quoting for Australian builders and trades. Two of us built it: James, an engineer, and Jett, who runs a construction company here in Sydney. We built it because quoting was quietly costing us money we’d already earned.
Where this came from
Where this came from
Where this came from
Jett spent fifteen years building. Eight of them on multi-million-dollar projects, then four running his own company. Quoting was always the part that never felt certain.
It was never one big mistake. A forgotten material. An extra day of labour. Another delivery. A small subbie cost. On their own, nothing. Together, money he’d earned and never saw.
He knew construction. The system was the problem. Quoting leaned on what he could remember, which means it leaned on what he forgot.
So we built Rignite. Jett runs live jobs through it.
Put more of the dollars builders earn back into builders’ pockets.
Jett, on why we started

James
Co-founder. Engineer.
I’m an engineer, about seven years in. Most of it spent finding where a workflow leaks time and closing the gap.
I build things with 3D printing and robotics in my own time. That’s where the interest in new technology comes from.
I’ve spent the last few years working out where it genuinely helps and where it just adds noise. Used badly, it gives you more to check, not less.
So Rignite runs on deterministic automation, not a model guessing at every step. Agents cross-check the process, so accuracy climbs and errors fall.
I build and test the platform myself.

Jett
Co-founder. Builder.
Fifteen years in the industry. Eight managing multi-million-dollar projects for a luxury home builder, then out on my own four years ago.
I run JettBuild Projects, a Sydney construction company with a Master Builders licence. Renovations through to full end-to-end builds.
Quoting was always the part that bit me. The bigger the job, the easier it was to miss the small things.
I knew construction. The system was the problem.
I run live jobs through Rignite. If a feature doesn’t hold up on site, it doesn’t ship.
How we work
How we work
How we work
Built by a builder, for builders
Jett runs live jobs through Rignite before anything ships. If it doesn’t hold up on a real site, it doesn’t go out.
We’re worth more than we cost
If the platform isn’t saving you more than you’re paying for it, the arrangement hasn’t worked. That isn’t a line we invented for Rignite. It’s the standard Jett already holds on every JettBuild job, a fair price sitting next to build quality, now built into the product.
We price off your suppliers, not a database
Your rates, from the people you actually buy from. Not a national average that was true two years ago.
We set it up for you
Fourteen day onboarding, done for you. You stay on the tools.
We tell you what we haven’t proven
Where we have a number, we show the working. Where we don’t, we say so.
