How is Rignite different from other automation tools?

Rignite is built specifically for the construction and trades industry, and every system we deploy is built around how your business actually operates. We don't hand you a template and walk away. We map your existing workflow (your suppliers, your quoting process, your job types) and build automation that fits around it. The end result is a system your team can actually use, not one that collects dust after the first month.

What happens once the system goes live?
We walk you through everything hands-on until you are comfortable, then stay close for the first few weeks, refining anything that needs adjusting.

We only consider the job done when the system is running smoothly with no loose ends. Think of it less like buying software and more like getting a system built and handed over properly.
Do you offer a trial?
There is no standard free trial. You can see live demos, and a trial is something we are open to discussing on a call.
We do not publish a self-serve trial the way most subscription tools do, because every Rignite build is configured to a specific business rather than switched on from a template. What we can do is show you the live demos on this site, and during onboarding demonstrate the automation running on your own projects before it goes live. If a trial matters to you, raise it on the demo call and we will talk it through honestly rather than promise something up front.
Do your prices include GST?
No. All Rignite prices on this site, including the monthly fee and the one-off setup fee, are shown excluding GST.

What file types does Rignite support?
Rignite currently supports PDF construction plans of up to 60 pages. Support for additional file formats is on the roadmap but not available yet.
